Proverbs 23:18 — “Surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

Apostle Dieter declares that every struggle has an end — whether sickness, poverty, or delay. God’s Word is sure, and His promises never fail. The believer’s duty is to keep faith and hope alive, trusting that divine timing will bring manifestation.

He urges believers not to let hardship dictate their worship but to hold firmly to God’s Word, which gives life and direction. Every dream, vision, and desire rooted in faith will come to pass, for “your expectation shall not be cut off.”

Referencing Ezekiel 36:11, he explains that when God says, “I will multiply you, man and beast,” it means God will increase both your helpers and your resources. Delays are not denials — God is preparing manifestation at the right time.

Finally, he encourages rejoicing with others, as everyone has their appointed season. God will lift, settle, and multiply His people, bringing supernatural provision and restoration.
